Nicole has been a personal trainer for 10+ years. Being an overweight kid growing up, she knew she needed to make a change. Her favorite form of fitness is functional movement and corrective exercise. Nicole is also a certified nutritionist and mobility coach. Her new area of interest is Enneagram and mental health.
